Reflexion

Reflexion works by training visual and cognitive skills, such as peripheral vision and reaction time, that are most beneficial to athletes, then providing detailed reports about cognitive performance and your individual changes over time. Using a large LED touchscreen called the Edge, we develop and refine crucial athlete skills, and show you tangible improvements through Reflexion’s iOS application. Zone Performance Psychology is currently the exclusive provider of Reflexion’s state of the art training system in Alberta, so you know you’re dealing with the best of the best.

Minefield

  • Description: Boxes will appear anywhere within your wingspan. They start green and over the course of their detonation time turn red. Your goal is to not let any one box turn completely red or the mine explodes!

  • Description: Memorize the order and location of lights that appear on the center two panels of the edge.

Big G

  • Description: One at a time, targets will appear. Your goal is to hit them as quickly and as accurately as possible.

Waterfall

  • Description: Boxes will move from each side of the edge to the opposite. Touch each box to make it disappear before it reaches its destination.
