Jess Healey

Jess is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth where she completed her Bachelor’s of Applied Science Degree with a minor in Public Health Promotion and Education. While attending University she played Division 1 hockey for the UMD Bulldogs. Jess has played competitive hockey at all levels including Team Alberta and Team Canada, winning gold in the 2014 IIHF U18 Women’s World Championship. After college Jess continued her hockey career and played professionally in Sweden for HV71 for 3 years. She is currently completing her Masters of Counselling Degree through Athabasca University. 

Jess has a passion for working with individuals and helping them achieve their goals. Jess believes good physical and mental health, along with a positive outlook and healthy mindset,  improves well-being. 

After completing her Master’s Degree she plans to continue working with athletes and individuals at Zone Performance Psychology to help enhance performance, mental health, and cognitive training.
